  • What area's do you operate in?
    We operate across Surrey and South West London, if you are unsure as to whether we operate in your area please send us an email or alternativley use our contact form and we will happy to help.
  • How do I book a clean?
    To book a clean, click on our services page and choose which service/s you would like. Choose from the drop down menus all of the information that we need to know for your service. Once you have selected everything you can choose to do a weekly, fortnightly or monthly clean if you wish to do so, if not please make sure to click One Time Only on our service page. Once you have the correct service for you it will ask you to go ahead with payment for the service whether its a One Time service or a Subscription service. Once payment has been made it will show a confirmation page with a link to book your day and time. Go ahead and fill out all the details required, if you can not see a day and time you would like please send us a email with your order number and the day and time you wish for and we will check for availability for you.
  • What service would you reccomend?
    If you have never had a professional clean or it may have been months ago we always reccomend starting wtih a deep clean, this is so we can ensure that all aspect of your home is deep cleaned to a very high standard. We do this because once a deep clean has been done you will notice how clean your home is especially in areas which are heavily used like toilets, showers/baths and sinks. Once we have completed a deep clean we would then recommend a standard clean weekly/fortnighlty to maintain it. Many clients have deep cleans every 6 - 8 weeks and have standard cleans every week/fortnight.
  • Do I have to be in when you clean?
    Its completely your preference. We have many clients that work from home and have to be at home and also have clients that prefer to be out, we work around your needs.
  • Do you need a key to my house?
    This is entirely your preference, we have many clients that work full time and would rather us hold a key instead of leaving one out under a door mat for example. We also have clients that leaves keys with neighbours or in specific area's.
  • Do you offer after hours bookings?
    We operate 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Our last online booking time is 3pm due to cleans usually taking minimum 2 hours. If you would like to book after 5pm or before 10am please send us an email and we will be happy to help.

Billing & Policy's

Payments Accepted

We accept both cash and card. All card payments must be paid online normally at the time of the booking. If you wish to pay cash please let us know via phone or email prior to your clean.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the booking to receive a full refund. If this is not the case we will charge a cancellation fee of £50. If you would like to change the date or time of your service please let us know via phone or email as early as possible so we can make the arranged amendments.

Our Policy

We have the right to cancel any bookings if we think that the information that we have been given is not correct or the condition of the property is not as described.
